So Mat2 has a friend (his best friend) Marcus who still plays on and off. Marcus would like to join our clan. I'm applying for him because his english isn't very good. I have heard him in game calling for radar and whatnot so he CAN communicate with us, and he is a good player.

Mat vouches for him, so I vote yes
